Keep qualified bids moving
Reserve capacity around the opportunities you actually plan to pursue instead of scrambling after every invitation.
BidAccurate gives you reserved estimating capacity, a consistent estimator, senior review and backup coverage — so qualified opportunities keep moving while your team runs the work.
Nationwide coverage
*Capacity tiers are modeled at +10, +15, +20 or +25 planned estimates per month. Exact included workload is confirmed after scope review and depends on project size, trade mix and complexity.
The point is not to buy “estimating hours.” It is to build a dependable bid-production system your team can plan around.
Reserve capacity around the opportunities you actually plan to pursue instead of scrambling after every invitation.
A named estimator plus backup coverage means your bid calendar is not tied to one person’s availability.
Your cost codes, estimate format, scope notes and agreed assumptions become the working standard month after month.
Project leaders can focus on field execution, vendor calls and final bid decisions instead of building every takeoff from scratch.
See what happens when you add BidAccurate on top of the estimating team you already have. Enter your number of in-house estimators, average salary per estimator and your team's current monthly bid output, then model an additional 10, 15, 20 or 25 planned estimates per month with BidAccurate.
We learn your scope, cost codes, review process and preferred deliverable format, then organize the month around the work you actually bid.
A named estimator, agreed format, documented assumptions and senior review reduce the “start over from zero” problem.
Backup coverage is built into the support model so one absence does not become your entire estimating bottleneck.
Start with one real project. Review the estimate, format, communication and deadline performance. Then decide whether you want to reserve monthly capacity.
Share the plans, trade, scope, location, addenda and bid deadline. We review the documents before committing to scope and timing.
You receive a project-specific fee, deliverables and delivery date before we start. Judge us on work you can actually use.
If the trial fits, we map the bid calendar, agree workload and complexity limits, then reserve monthly capacity. No automatic enrollment.
Occasional estimator need? Stay per-project. Recurring queue? Reserve capacity.
Best when you want to test quality or only need estimating occasionally.
Best when estimating demand is continuous and the real problem is keeping the bid calendar moving.
The monthly plan works because scope, complexity and deadlines are agreed instead of hidden behind an unlimited-project promise.
The calculator models BidAccurate as additional capacity on top of your existing team’s output. The +10 tier starts at $2,997/month, then each additional 5-bid tier adds $1,000/month: +15 at $3,997, +20 at $4,997 and +25 at $5,997. These are planning tiers rather than unlimited-output promises. A small single-trade takeoff and a full multi-trade GC estimate consume very different capacity, so we review representative plans and confirm the actual included workload, complexity limits and concurrent deadlines in writing before the month begins.
We confirm a delivery date for each accepted project after reviewing complete plans, specifications and relevant addenda. Smaller standard scopes may fit a 24–48 hour window; larger packages require a longer agreed schedule.
Your monthly scope defines the included revision rounds and addenda allowance. Work outside that agreed scope is assessed and quoted before additional fees are incurred.
Not necessarily. BidAccurate can support an existing estimator, absorb overflow or act as ongoing outsourced estimating capacity. Your team retains the final bid review, margin decisions and submission responsibility.
Your account is not designed around one person being the only point of production. We maintain internal backup coverage so absences or workload spikes do not automatically leave you with no estimating support. Specific deadlines still depend on the agreed monthly capacity and project scope.
The core offer is month-to-month. Your written agreement confirms billing, cancellation notice, included scope and the treatment of work already scheduled.
No. It is a scenario model based on the number of in-house estimators, average salary per estimator and current team bid output you enter, the selected monthly retainer tier ($2,997 to $5,997), and 10–25 additional BidAccurate estimates per month. Payroll comparisons use estimator count × annual base salary, without an employer-cost allowance. Actual employer costs and BidAccurate capacity vary with project scope, size, trade mix and deadlines.
If per-project is the better fit, we will say so. If recurring monthly capacity makes sense, we will define the workload and deadlines in writing before you start.
